Subject Matter

These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of architectural consulting services provided by SC Beletage SRL through www.beletage.ro and the online store shop.beletage.ro.

The services offered are exclusively digital:

  • First Impression (499 RON, VAT included) — concept evaluation, PDF document with recommendations
  • Express Consultation (1,099 RON, VAT included) — 1:1 video session, 60 minutes
  • Pre-Feasibility Report (2,799 RON, VAT included) — complete analysis, professional PDF document

All prices are expressed in RON and include VAT.

Purchase Process

  1. The client selects the desired service on www.beletage.ro
  2. They are redirected to shop.beletage.ro (WordPress/WooCommerce) to complete the order
  3. Payment is processed via NETOPIA Payments (Visa/Mastercard)
  4. After payment confirmation, the client receives an email confirmation

The service begins immediately after payment confirmation, with the client's express consent.

Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing the order (contact details, valid email address, description of requirements)
  • Cooperate with the Beletage team for the proper delivery of the service (answering questions, providing requested materials)
  • Respect agreed timelines for appointments (video consultation)
  • Not use the received materials for illegal purposes or contrary to public morality

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in delayed service delivery, without SC Beletage SRL being held responsible for the resulting delays.

Right of Withdrawal

Under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, the consumer has a 14-day period from the date of purchase to withdraw from the contract, without stating a reason and without penalties.

However, by placing the order, the client expressly requests the immediate commencement of the service. In accordance with Art. 16, lit. a) of OUG 34/2014, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the service has been fully performed, if performance began with the consumer's prior express consent and after they acknowledged that they would lose their right of withdrawal.

By completing the order, the client confirms that:

  • They agree to the immediate commencement of the service
  • They understand that they lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully delivered
  • They have been informed about the legal 14-day period and about the loss of this right as a result of requesting immediate commencement

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for non-performance or improper performance of contractual obligations if such failure is due to a force majeure event, as defined by applicable Romanian legislation (Civil Code, Art. 1351).

Force majeure events include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, acts of state authority, major interruptions to telecommunications or electrical services.

The affected party shall notify the other party within 5 business days of the occurrence and shall make reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects.

Service Delivery

All services are delivered exclusively in digital format:

  • First Impression: PDF document delivered via email within 3-5 business days
  • Express Consultation: video call link, scheduling within 48h
  • Pre-Feasibility Report: PDF document delivered via email within 10-15 business days

There are no shipping costs. No physical products are delivered.

Intellectual Property

Delivered documents are licensed to the client for personal/commercial use. Copyright over the methodology, design, and content remains the property of SC Beletage SRL.

The client may not redistribute, resell, or publish the received documents without written consent from SC Beletage SRL.

Limitation of Liability

SC Beletage SRL provides advisory consulting services. Recommendations do not constitute construction documents and do not replace authorized technical documentation.

SC Beletage SRL is not liable for:

  • Decisions made by the client based on received recommendations
  • Changes in urban regulations occurring after delivery
  • Incompatibilities with site conditions not communicated to us

Dispute Resolution

In case of dissatisfaction, the client may contact:

Disputes not resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

Amendments

SC Beletage SRL reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes become effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the services after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
