Project description
S.C. BELETAGE S.R.L. is implementing the project titled "DIGITALIZATION OF BELETAGE S.R.L." — a strategic initiative through which an architecture studio transforms its design, management and communication workflows by adopting modern digital solutions.
The project includes the implementation of an integrated ERP software solution, a cloud application with a business software suite, a solution for generating and transmitting electronic invoices (e-Invoicing · RO ANAF), and the development of an e-Commerce online store and a corporate presentation website available in three languages.
In compliance with the principles of transparency and public disclosure, below is a brief description of the evolution and current implementation status of the project.

| 10.01.2026 | End of the procurement notice activity period and closure of the bid submission stage. |
| 22.01.2026 | Official award of the procurement contracts. |
| 30.01.2026 | Signing of the procurement contracts (service provision). |
| 17.04.2026 | Submission of Payment Request no. 1 to the funding authority. |
